Zero-install. Stand up one branded, ticketed 3D event and collect the money via Stripe Connect. Capable hardware gets full 3D; everything else gets AtEase, the 2D failsafe, so it still works on a Chromebook.

This is the CI4 control plane — auth, orgs, billing, ticketing, reports, and the room-grant JWT bridge. The real-time 3D/voice runs on a separate Node plane (Colyseus + LiveKit + Redis).
